Using small amount of peanut butter to attach "glue" first 2 inches (about 3 slices) of bread loaf together to make snake head. Cut bell pepper into 2-inch long tongue shape. Make very small horizontal slice in heel of bread, being careful not to cut all the way through. Place tongue into slice.
Cut black olive in half lengthwise; attach with peanut butter to snake head for eyes. Cut 2 small pieces from green olive; attach with peanut butter for nostrils. Set snake head aside.
Combine remaining peanut butter, jelly and marshmallow creme in small bowl until smooth. Spread on half of bread slices; top with remaining bread slices.
Place snake head on large serving platter. Arrange sandwiches in wavy pattern to resemble slithering snake.
