Cake: | |||
1 | box | yellow cake mix (with no added pudding) | |

1 | box | (3.4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix | |

|||
2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|
|||
1 1/3 | cups | water | |
|
|||
2 | eggs | ||
|
|||
Streusel: | |||
1/2 | cup | all purpose flour | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | butter, melted | |
|
|||
Glaze: | |||
3/4 | cup | powdered sugar | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | milk | |
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10- inch bundt pan.
In a large bowl, blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water and eggs for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Spread 3/4 of the batter evenly into the bundt pan.
Streusel:
In a small bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of streusel mixture over the batter in the pan. Spread the remaining batter over the streusel. Top with the remaining streusel.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until a cake tester or long skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean. Place cake on a cooling rack and let cake cool upright in the pan for 20 minutes. Invert cake onto serving tray and drizzle with glaze.
Glaze:
Blend powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
